Can I get a specific metal instead of what I see in the product I like?
Yes! We want you to be happy and itch-free. Every person has different sensitivities to different metals. Can I get a custom order? Can I order something in a different color?
At Saru Pan Accessories, we love to get creative and crafty. Whether you need a specific piece for an event or just love one of our pieces but want them in a different color, we are more than happy to accommodate your desires! I'd love to learn how you make your pieces. Do you share this information or teach classes?
We post videos on how many pieces are made on TikTok! Follow us at @sarupanaccessories to see if your piece was posted. Additionally, Ashley would love to teach a class or private lesson. Reach out via email with what you have in mind and we can plan together from there.
What are some things you would be willing to customize upon request?
If we are capable, it will be done. Some people prefer a cord (stretch, leather, etc) instead of a chain and others have allergies to specific metals. We are happy to replace anything that may be problematic for you specifically. We also allow requests to change color, design, shape, and anything within our means to change. Please be advised changes may add time to your delivery. Prices may also vary upon request. The best way to reach us with your request is by email or the form at the bottom of the home page.
What currency are the prices I see on the site?
All prices are in USD or in EUR.
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 4-7 days production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 15-21 days.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at ashley@sarupanaccessories.com
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100 % money-back guarantee for defective or damaged products. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include a name and order number on all the returned parcels.
Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent, please use our easy return system to get a full refund.
I have entered an incorrect address, what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email or kindly notify us via email at ashley@sarupanaccessories.com. If the address is wrong, we can change it to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after 24 hours of incorrect submission.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide. The average shipping time is 5-25 business days depending on your location.
